Class Policy

CLASS POLICIES

By signing up for any of my classes, you agree to the terms and conditions below. 

You can find the following class policies on this page:

  • Online private critique
  • Plein air sessions
  • Private lesson 
  • Studio class

 

STUDIO CLASS POLICY

  • If you sign up for a (in person) studio class, all sessions, including  the ones you miss (due to illness, work, travel etc.), are expected to be paid in full. There is no refund for missed studio classes. 
  •  There is no refund or credit toward another class if you cancel your participation  for any reason, two weeks or less before  the class start date.  
  • There is a 50% refund, no class credit, if you cancel  3 weeks before the first class starts,
  • There is a 100% refund or credit toward the next available class, if you cancel   4 weeks or more before the class start date.

ONLINE MENTORING SESSIONS

Each online mentoring session includes feedback on paintings, suggestions, discussions and digital  painting corrections. You will also receive the digital image for your records.  Any time beyond 30 minutes counts as a 

1 hour session and will be billed at the hourly rate.

There are no refunds offered for booked online private feedback sessions, however a one time reschedule is possible within one month of the original date. Thank you for understanding.

 

ONLINE COURSES

Online courses have access for a full year from the date of sign up.

 

PLEIN AIR CLASS POLICY

 I do not have a policy for plein air sessions, but I do ask if you sign up – to show up, or notify me at least 4-5 days ahead of time that you cannot make it.
